What nutrients does Royal Jelly contain?
The composition of royal jelly is a mystery to human beings, its nutrient composition is very rich, its chemical composition is very complex, and the combination of nutrients is very subtle. The modern scientific research level cannot accurately make qualitative and quantitative analysis, nor can it be artificially synthesized.

It has been found that royal jelly is rich in protein (such as albumin, a protein, b protein, impermeable protein), more than 20 kinds of amino acids (the higher content is lysine, glycine, glutamic acid, etc.), more than 16 kinds of vitamins (including the most abundant vitamin B group, others are folic acid, pantothenic acid, vitamin E, etc.) and high content of various minerals (such as: potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, etc.), enzymes (such as: ascorbic acid oxidase) , transaminase, etc.), the most important of which is decenoic acid (10-HDA), also known as royal jelly acid, which is an organic alkenoic acid found only in royal jelly, which has good antibacterial and immune-enhancing properties. Its content is an important indicator to measure the quality of royal jelly. The national mandatory standard stipulates that the content of royal jelly acid in every 100 grams of royal jelly shall not be less than 1.4 grams.

Therefore, it is generally believed that the peculiarity of royal jelly is not only that it is a biological product with extremely complex active nutrients, but more importantly, it contains almost all the nutrients required for human growth, and it is also a pure natural nutritional tonic that cannot be artificially imitated.
